▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low-cost foam glass insulation material comprises industrial waste glass, ceramic powder, foaming agent, co-solvent, graphene oxide, borax, antimony trioxide, and foaming accelerator. The ceramic powder comprises low-temperature ceramic powder comprising glass powder, aluminum hydroxide and/or magnesium hydroxide, medium-temperature ceramic powder comprising montmorillonite, mica powder and/or diatomaceous earth, high-temperature ceramic powder comprising metal oxide and kaolin. The foaming agent comprises carbon black, silicon carbide, calcium carbonate, dolomite powder, phlogopite, graphite, manganese dioxide, water glass, trichlorofluoromethane, dichlorodifluoromethane, dichlorotetrafluoroethane, sodium lauryl sulfate, or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate. The co-solvent comprises sodium carbonate, sodium fluorosilicate, sodium benzoate, sodium salicylate, p-aminobenzoic acid, urea, nicotinamide, acetamide, and/or Tween (RTM: non-ionic surfactant). USE - Foam glass insulation material for building material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulation material effectively improves the performance of the foam glass, reduces the foaming temperature, increases the foaming range, reduces the connecting hole, and improves the yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A low-cost foam glass insulation material comprises 70-90 pts. wt. industrial waste glass, 20-30 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 5-15 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. co-solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. borax, 1-5 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, and 1-3 pts. wt. foaming accelerator. The ceramic powder comprises low-temperature ceramic powder comprising glass powder, aluminum hydroxide and/or magnesium hydroxide, medium-temperature ceramic powder comprising montmorillonite, mica powder and/or diatomaceous earth, and high-temperature ceramic powder comprising metal oxide and kaolin. The foaming agent comprises carbon black, silicon carbide, calcium carbonate, dolomite powder, phlogopite, graphite, manganese dioxide, water glass, trichlorofluoromethane, dichlorodifluoromethane, dichlorotetrafluoroethane, sodium lauryl sulfate, or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate. The co-solvent comprises sodium carbonate, sodium fluorosilicate, sodium benzoate, sodium salicylate, p-aminobenzoic acid, urea, nicotinamide, acetamide, and/or Tween (RTM: non-ionic surfactant). The foaming accelerator comprises lithium stearate or zinc stearate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the foam glass insulation material.
