NOVELTY - Polypropylene-based graphene thermal insulation imitating down fiber comprises far-infrared enhanced material, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene powder, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid (NNO dispersant), 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. KH560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane silane) and 90-98 pts. wt. polypropylene masterbatch. USE - As polypropylene-based graphene thermal insulation imitating down fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber achieves antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans of graphene thermal insulation imitating down fiber greater than 95%, reaches far-infrared emissivity of 89.092.3% and has significant antibacterial, far-infrared, heat storage and heat preservation functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing polypropylene-based graphene thermal insulation down-like fiber involving (i) taking the above-mentioned components except polypropylene masterbatch to prepare pretreated graphene powder, (ii) mixing and heating the pretreated graphene powder and polypropylene masterbatch to prepare graphene thermal insulation feather-like fiber spinning solution and processing the graphene heat-insulating feather-like fiber spinning solution to obtain the fiber.
