NOVELTY - Graphene (10) having sheet-like crystal structure of carbon atom of layers is grown by supplying source material containing carbon on surface (12A) of transition-metal substrate (12). A substrate (14) comprising resin temporary support film is contacted with graphene on substrate (12). The substrate (12) is removed. A laminated material is affixed with respect to surface (16A) of substrate (16). The laminated material of substrate (14) and graphene is stretched, and the substrate (16) is removed, to obtain graphene film (100). USE - Manufacture of graphene film used for transparent conductive film (all claimed) for field effect transistors. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of graphene film with suppressed wrinkles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene having sheet-like crystal structure of carbon atom of layers is grown by supplying source material containing carbon on surface of transition-metal substrate. A substrate comprising resin temporary support film is contacted with the graphene on the surface of transition-metal substrate. The transition-metal substrate is removed. A laminated material is affixed with respect to the surface of substrate (16) which is on the surface side of substrate (12). The laminated material of substrate (14) and graphene is stretched in the surface direction of film surface, and the substrate (16) is removed, to obtain graphene film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for transparent conductive film, which contains layer(s) comprising graphene, and has 70% or more light transmittance in film thickness direction.
