▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene cloth comprises a skin-friendly layer, and an antibacterial layer, which is bonded to the skin-friendly layer through an adhesive layer, where one side of the skin-friendly layer is in contact with human skin. The antibacterial layer is prepared by uniformly mixing hydrophilic fibers and antibacterial modified fibers in a weight ratio of (4-8):1. The raw material fiber for preparing the antibacterial modified fiber is a hydrophilic fiber. The skin-friendly layer is prepared by processing skin-friendly fibers. The adhesive layer is prepared by uniformly mixing and processing hot-melt fibers and hollow fibers in a mass ratio of (1.5-2.2):1. The length of both the hot-melt fiber and the hollow fiber does not exceed 10 mm. USE - Graphene cloth. ADVANTAGE - The graphene cloth has excellent antibacterial performance. The graphene is evenly distributed on the fiber surface, thus improving the antibacterial performance and hydrophobicity of the antibacterial modified fiber, and prolonging the service life of the antibacterial modified fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene cloth, which involves: (1) using the antibacterial modified fiber as a raw material to form a needle punched nonwoven fabric through a needle punch hot rolling processing, where the needle punched nonwoven fabric is an antibacterial layer; (2) uniformly mixing the hot-melt fiber and the hollow fiber to form a mixed fiber, condensing the mixed fiber on one side of the antibacterial layer by an air-laid technique to form an adhesive layer; and (3) uniformly agglomerating the skin-friendly fibers on the surface of the adhesive layer by air-laid technology to obtain an intermediate, heating the intermediate, softening the hot-melt fibers under the effect of connecting the antibacterial layer and the skin-friendly layer by heating, then cooling the intermediate in a low-temperature environment, and finally flattening the intermediate by rolling.
