▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing textile fibers based on graphene oxide and polyester involves providing a load of polyester particles smaller than 1 mm, and then providing dispersion charge of graphene oxide particles with a thickness of 1-10 nm and a lateral dimension of 0.5-10 micrometers in a suitable solvent and with a concentration of 1.0-5.0 g/l. The graphene oxide dispersion charge is pre-mixed with the polyester particle charge with the graphene oxide concentration varying as a function of the final properties of the polymeric nanocomposite to be obtained. The premix of the polyester filler and the graphene oxide dispersion filler is dried at 50 degrees C under vacuum and under constant agitation for forming a heterogeneous hybrid compound containing polyester granules covered with oxide sheets of graphene. The heterogeneous hybrid compound is subjected to a final drying to a moisture content of 20000-30000 parts per million. USE - Method for producing textile fibers based on graphene oxide and polyester for textile industry. ADVANTAGE - The method produces the textile fibers in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with excellent distribution in the polyester matrix without clumps and allowing the use of the threads for various applications including fabric production. The heterogeneous hybrid compound is subjected to a final drying to a moisture content of 20000-30000 parts per million. The heterogeneous hybrid compound is submitted to mixing in the molten state in a twin screw extruder for forming a polymeric nanocomposite. The polymeric nanocomposite is collected and submitted to drying silos. The polymeric nanocomposite is processed in an extruder for yarn production. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical representation depicting distribution of graphene oxide particles generated from X-ray microtomography images of the polyester nanocomposite and graphene oxide.
