NOVELTY - Metal surface pre-treatment agent comprises 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. polyol phosphate, 0.5-2 pts. wt citric acid , 5-8 pts. wt. oxalic acid and 2-4 pts. wt. tin ion source. USE - The metal surface pre-treatment agent is useful in the fields of materials, chemicals and construction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal surface pretreatment agent: utilizes organic acid to realize rust removal and rust prevention in one step, without acid mist generation, and reduces the hydrogen generation rate; avoids the hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon of steel; utilizes the characteristics of self-assembly adsorption of polyol phosphate in the aqueous phase on the metal surface to form a film; and produces formed protective film which has excellent corrosion inhibition performance, and cathodic protection effect on steel.
