The nano-composite material is graphene-modified nano-oxide particles. USE - Super-hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating for grounding electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good super-hydrophobic function and anti-corrosion function, and has excellent conductivity, and can be applied to long-acting anti corrosion scene of grounding electrode in humid soil environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing coating layer of super-hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating, which involves weighing the conductive polymer material, nano-composite material, super-hydrophobic material, solvent and auxiliary agent into the container, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and obtaining the coating, cleaning the substrate, removing oil and rusting and roughening the surface to obtain the pretreated substrate, using the coating as a raw material, and preparing a super-hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating with a thickness of 100-300 μm on the pretreated substrate surface by aerosol spraying or coating.
