NOVELTY - The method involves using graphene and deionized water to prepare graphene slurry with solid content of 0.01-85%. Binder is dissolved into solution. The graphene slurry, dissolving solution and liquid materials are mixed in a liquid state according to amount required by formulation of primer slurry. USE - Method for preparing waterborne primer slurry for graphene lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables fully applying graphene to aqueous primer slurry of lithium ion batteries and simplifying complex process for reducing wetting and dispersion of graphene without adding additional additives and destroying a structure of material during pulping process, thus ensuring full play of unique properties of graphene.
