NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite functional electromagnetic shielding film comprises (i) dissolving resin and graphene material, additive in the solvent, stirring, completely dissolving resin, mixing uniformly; (ii) melting conductive fiber by melt-spinning, uniformly mixing with mixture obtained in step (i), then adding into double-screw extruder for extruding and granulating, then spinning into bundles after being filtered by the spinning box, obtaining modified graphene conductive composite fiber; and (iii) paving the modified graphene conductive composite fiber obtained in the step (ii) into net, fiber is unidirectional or multi-directional arrangement, printing the graphene conductive paste on the fiber net by precise screen printing machine, and drying. USE - The graphene composite functional electromagnetic shielding film is useful for radiation protection suits, confidential room curtains, protective covers for precision instruments and movable shielding tents, confidential, camouflage and other field. ADVANTAGE - The method: can provides the graphene composite functional electromagnetic shielding film; can prepares film, which has excellent conductivity, and can shield electromagnetic signals of various bands.
