NOVELTY - The apparatus (10) has a conducting wire feeding unit (100) that feeds a conducting wire (S). A coating unit (300) laminates insulating layer on the conducting wire on which the graphene layer is formed. USE - Coating apparatus of conducting wire for connecting semiconductor device and electronic device used in home. ADVANTAGE - The electrical conductivity can be improved by reducing the width of the conducting wire by forming the graphene layer and the insulating layer on the conducting wire. The graphene layer formed on the conductor through the insulating layer can be protected from damage for long period of time. Even if the conductive wire is continuously supplied, the process of forming the graphene and the process of stacking the insulating layer can be continuously carried out.
