NOVELTY - Preparing a microporous layer of a fuel cell membrane electrode gas diffusion layer involves dissolving organosiloxane, active monomer, photoinitiator, coupling agent and carbon material in an organic solvent according to a predetermined ratio, and stirring and dispersing to form a uniformly mixed slurry, coating the slurry on one side of the support layer that has undergone hydrophobic treatment until the loading amount of the carbon material is 0.5-3.0 mg/cm2 to obtain a support layer with slurry. The support layer with slurry is placed in an ultraviolet curing box for curing, and a microporous layer is formed on the support layer. The gas diffusion layer comprising a support layer and a microporous layer. USE - Method for preparing a microporous layer of a fuel cell membrane electrode gas diffusion layer used as a fuel cell membrane electrode or as a component of a fuel cell membrane electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a microporous layer of a fuel cell membrane electrode gas diffusion layer, which is simple and fast, saves energy and is convenient for production.
