NOVELTY - Quick-drying environmentally friendly paint comprises 20-35 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 18-30 pts. wt. furan resin, 15-30 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 5-8 pts. wt. quick-drying silicon solution, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. pigment, 1-1.5 pts. wt. binder, 1-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 2-3.5 pts. wt. film forming aids, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickener. USE - The quick-drying environmentally friendly paint is useful in surface treatment of mechanical equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The quick-drying environmentally friendly paint: has characteristics of high strength, tear resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance, fast coating drying speed, simple preparation method and easy realization, excellent physical barrier effect and enhances corrosion resistance of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing quick-drying environmentally friendly paint comprising (i) weighing 30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 25 pts. wt. furan resin, 24 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 7 pts. wt. quick-drying silicon solution, 3.7 pts. wt. graphene, 5 pts. wt. pigment, 1.3 pts. wt. binder, 1.2 pts. wt. defoamer, 2.2 pts. wt. film-forming aids, and 0.6 pts. wt. thickener, (ii) adding phenolic resin, furan resin and acrylic resin together with film-forming aids into reactor, heating at 70-85 degrees C, and stirring at a constant speed for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, stirring and mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, where stirring rate is 500-600 revolutions/minute, (iii) adding defoamer into the mixture of step (ii), adjusting the speed to 800-900 revolutions/minute, after 5-10 minutes, then adding binder and thickener, adjusting the speed to 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, adding the quick-drying silicon solution and pigment, adjusting the speed to 2000-3000 revolutions/minute, stirring and mixing for 25-30 minutes to obtain final product.
