NOVELTY - Preparation of cathode sheet, involves (S1) selecting graphite with a particle size of D50, conductive agent, lithium carboxymethyl cellulose, styrene-butadiene rubber aqueous solution, and deionized water, (S2) dry mixing and stirring graphite and SP conductive agent for 10 minutes, adding carboxymethyl cellulose lithium solution and carbon nanotube solution for high-speed stirring, adding styrene-butadiene rubber and stirring at low speed, obtaining cathode slurry, and (S3) coating the cathode slurry on a copper foil with a thickness of 6-10 mum, and drying. USE - Preparation of cathode sheet for lithium ion battery (all claimed) used in electric vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The cathode sheet has lower impedance, lower polarization under fast charge, and better battery life. The battery can have a fast charging capacity of 3-6 C.
