▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of superparamagnetic nanoparticle with directional enhanced angiogenesis function involves uniformly dispersing nano-iron oxide and nano-nickel oxide in water under oxygen-free conditions to obtain precursor solution, heating the precursor solution at 40-50°C under stirring process, slowly adding lye by dropwise to adjust the pH of the solution to 9-10 to obtain a suspension, adding nano-graphene to the suspension under anaerobic conditions, continuously stirring and heating at 70-80°C, stirring the mixture for 1-2 hours, cooling and separating the precipitate. USE - The method is useful for preparation of superparamagnetic nanoparticle which is used for promoting angiogenesis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and rapid to perform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: uperparamagnetic nanoparticle, obtained by the preparation method; preparation method of the exosome involves extracting exosome using the nanoparticle; and an exosome obtained using the exosome preparation method.
