NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly paving metal powder into a graphite container for heating and insulating in air atmosphere to obtain first mixed powder. A scaly sheet graphene is uniformly mixed with the first mixed powder to obtain second mixed powder. The second mixed powder is put into the molybdenum container to obtain third mixed powder. The third mixed powder is sieved by vibrating the sieving machine. The powder not passing through the screen is put in colter mixer. Fourth mixed powder is put into a mold for mold pressing or isostatic pressing to obtain a blank. The blank is put into a molybdenum container. The pressed blank after heat treatment is paved on the graphite container. A copper sheet is paved and put into a vacuum furnace for sintering and infiltration to obtain a graphene/copper composite material. USE - Method for preparing a copper graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the production efficiency of the material, reduces the raw material cost and production cost, and obtains the material with excellent heat-conducting performance. The cost of the multilayer graphene is far lower than the graphene layer number. The preparation method is simple, the preparation efficiency is high, the material density is high and the heat conducting performance is good, and it is suitable for mass production.
