▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Two-component aqueous polyurethane antistatic coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component(A) comprises aqueous hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion and 1-4 %mass graphene oxide. The component (B) comprises aqueous isocyanate curing agent. USE - Two-component aqueous polyurethane antistatic coating used for preparing antistatic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-component aqueous polyurethane antistatic coating has excellent conductivity and medium resistance. The presence of oxygen-containing functional groups on graphene oxide sheets allows graphene oxide to be uniformly dispersed in various solvents and used as conductive medium to uniformly disperse in aqueous paints. The hydroxyl on graphene oxide ensures curing reaction of coating, so the graphene oxide is distributed uniformly in the coating to form continuous graphite layer, and improves conductive efficiency, and prepared coating has excellent antistatic performance and has small influence on medium resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of two-component aqueous polyurethane antistatic coating, which involves mixing component (A) and component (B).
