NOVELTY - A LED light source PTFE irradiation aging heat dissipating material comprises 2-4 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. silica sol with solid content of 15-20%, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium aluminum sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. room temperature non-foaming surfactant, 30-40 pts. wt. water, 6-8pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 20-25 pts. wt. of 400-600 mesh aluminum nitride micropowder, 40-50 pts. wt. of 200-300 mesh PTFE micropowder and 2-3 pts. wt. additive. USE - LED light source PTFE irradiation aging heat dissipating material. ADVANTAGE - The material is easy to cut, uniform, stable and environment-friendly, and has high efficiency, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, good heat stability and safety insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A LED light source PTFE irradiation aging heat dissipating material comprises 2-4 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. silica sol with solid content of 15-20%, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium aluminum sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. room temperature non-foaming surfactant, 30-40 pts. wt. water, 6-8pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 20-25 pts. wt. of 400-600 mesh aluminum nitride micropowder, 40-50 pts. wt. of 200-300 mesh PTFE micropowder and 2-3 pts. wt. additive. The additive comprises 1-3 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. aluminum sec-butoxide, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminate coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. of 0.05% phosphoric acid solution, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and 25-30 pts. wt. water. The additive is prepared by ultrasonically leaching nano-aluminum oxide into phosphoric acid solution for 20-30 minutes, acid treating, washing with water to neutral, drying, adding water to prepare alumina sol, adding remaining materials, mixing, high speed stirring dispersing for 50-60 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of LED light source PTFE irradiation aging heat dissipating material comprising mixing nano-cerium oxide and silica sol, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene oxide, heat treating at 120-150 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, grinding for 20-30 minutes to obtain material A, mixing sodium silicate, potassium aluminum sulfate, room temperature non-foaming surfactant and water, stirring to completely dissolve, adding PTFE micropowder, continuously stirring for 40-50 minutes, adding material A and remaining materials, mixing for 2-3 hours, press molding, discharging at 50-60 degrees C for 15-20 hours, removing water, sintering at 350-380 degrees for 30-40 minutes, cooling to room temperature.
