NOVELTY - The device has an unwinding device for performing substrate peeling and rewinding process to a graphene oxide film. A thermal reduction furnace performs thermal reduction treatment to the graphene oxide membrane after winding and unwinding the graphene film to obtain a graphene film. An unreeling device rewinds the graphene thin membrane obtained by the heat reduction furnace. The graphitizing furnace performs joule heat graphitization process to graphitize the graphene thick membrane. A rolling device performs rolling treatment on the graphene thickness membrane after graphitized the graphitized furnace to obtain rolled heat-conducting membrane. USE - Used as manufacturing device of heat-conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes roll-to-roll production of heat conducting film, which can obviously improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
