▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of printing and dyeing sludge dehydrating agent involves (s1) calcining pine wood blocks under the protection of nitrogen, naturally cooling the calcined residual solid, washing with distilled water for multiple times until the pH of the filtrate is neutral, drying using forced air drying oven at 80℃ to obtain pine wood charcoal, (s2) mixing the mixed particles, the pine charcoal and a hydrochloric acid solution in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:20, stirring for 2 hours, adjusting the temperature of the system to 70℃, adding acrylamide in the stirring process to obtain a mixture solution, drying, grinding the mixture to obtain black powder, mixing the black powder with the spinel powder in a mass ratio of 10-20:1, and sieving. USE - Preparation of dehydrating agent for printing and dyeing sludge e.g. aerobic sludge from sewage treatment plant in textile industrial park with pH of 6-9 and water content of 85-98% (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly, and ensures waste recycling by using agricultural and forestry leftover materials as a dehydrating raw material. The sludge dehydrating agent improves dehydration performance of the sludge, reduces water content of a sludge filter cake to 73.59-79.55%, and reduces the specific resistance of 34.25-72.21%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for conditioning printing and dyeing sludge using the dehydrating agent, which involves adding the dehydrating agent into the printing and dyeing sludge in an amount of 10-70% by dry weight of the sludge, stirring the mixture for 2 minutes at 220-240 rpm, slowly stirred for 10 minutes at 60-90 rpm, filtering and dehydrating.
