NOVELTY - Optimization of Arabidopsis thaliana seedling vitrification cryopreservation comprises soaking A. thaliana seedling in a loading solution for 20-30 minutes, and removing the loading solution; soaking the seedling in a vitrification solution at 0-25 degrees C for 40-60 minutes; and soaking the seedling in liquid nitrogen, and storing. The vitrification solution comprises 0.1-0.5 g/L graphene quantum dots. USE - Method for the optimization of Arabidopsis thaliana seedling vitrification cryopreservation (claimed).
