NOVELTY - Double-layer composite anti-deformation electric control box comprises a double-layer electric control box body, a primer layer coated on the surface of the box body and a topcoat layer coated on the primer layer, where the topcoat layer comprises 50-60 pts. wt. acrylate polyurethane water dispersion, 20-30 pts. wt. modified polycarbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. chloroether rubber, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. gamma-methacryloyloxytrimethoxysilane, 3-6 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 2-5 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. film-forming agent, and 30-50 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The control box is used for wind power generation. ADVANTAGE - The control box has high super-hydrophobicity, low brittleness, high toughness, excellent heat dissipation and high impact strength in low temperature environment, and prevents water droplets from adhering.
