▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Use of graphene oxide-Chrysanthemumextract preservative for the fruit and vegetable and has good bacteriostasis and freshness-keeping effect. USE - The graphene oxide-Chrysanthemum extract preservative is useful the fruit and vegetable freshness-keeping effect. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the extraction rate of active ingredients for flavonoids in the chrysanthemum, mild reaction condition, is economical, is simple, the ingredients are natural, non-toxic, and is large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide-Chrysanthemumextract preservative comprises (i) taking fresh Chrysanthemum, removing the root and withered part, washing and draining, drying, crushing and sieving with 60-meshes to obtain Chrysanthemumpowder, (ii) mixing the Chrysanthemumpowder and water at a mass ratio of 1:4-1:6, heating and extracting at 75-85℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain extract, (iii) adding 0.05-0.3% graphene oxide of the original powdered mass of Chrysanthemuminto the chrysanthemum extract, stirring evenly, and adding the fermentation substrate to obtain a fermentation substrate, (iv) adding 0.5-1% the composite bacteria into the fermentation substrate, and fermenting at 28-33℃ for 5-8 days, pH is 5.0-6.5, dissolving oxygen10-15 l/minutes to obtain fermentation broth, (v) centrifuging the fermentation broth at 7000-8000 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes to remove bacteria, and filtering through a filter membrane of 0.8-1.4 μm to obtain a fermentation extract, and (vi) concentrating the fermentation extract to 1/5-1/3 of the original volume.
