NOVELTY - Preparing iron coated graphene nano composite material, comprises performing thermal expansion peeling treatment of graphite oxide at high temperature to obtain multilayer graphene, placing the multi-layer graphene into a four-necked flask, stirring and mixing with the organic solvent, continuously stirring under a protective atmosphere, introducing iron pentacarbonyl vapor into the mixed solution, performing thermal decomposition process, cooling to room temperature under the protection of nitrogen after the completion of reaction, separating the product using a magnet, washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron coated graphene nano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing iron coated graphene nano composite material comprises (i) performing thermal expansion peeling treatment of graphite oxide at high temperature to obtain multilayer graphene; (ii) placing the multi-layer graphene into a four-necked flask, stirring and mixing with the organic solvent; (iii) continuously stirring under a protective atmosphere, introducing iron pentacarbonyl vapor into the mixed solution; (iv) performing thermal decomposition process in a reflux condenser process; and (v) cooling to room temperature under protection of nitrogen after the completion of reaction, separating the product using a magnet, washing with organic solvent, and drying under the protection of nitrogen to obtain iron coated graphite nano composite material.
