NOVELTY - Preparing controllable surface highly conductive carbon fluoride, comprises soaking fluorinated carbon in a mixture of deionized water and anhydrous ethanol containing a surfactant, adding defluorinating agent and nitrogen source, heating at 120-240 ℃ for 4-12 hours to obtain surface highly conductive carbon fluoride material. The surface fluorine content of the surface highly conductive carbon fluoride is 0-30%, and the nitrogen doping amount is 7-26%. USE - The method is useful for preparing controllable surface highly conductive carbon fluoride. ADVANTAGE - The surface highly conductive carbon fluoride ensures high specific capacity of material, increases the surface conductivity of material, reduces polarization in discharge process and improves the voltage platform.
