▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The transparent conductor (100) has a transparent conductive pattern formed on the transparent substrate (110). A nanostructure (120) on an upper surface has the transparent substrate and the transparent conductive pattern (130). A transparent transfer layer formed on the transparent substrate. The transparent conductive pattern is formed on the transparent transfer layer. The transparent conductive pattern includes a nanostructure on an upper surface of the transparent conductive pattern. The transparent conductive pattern is embedded in an upper portion of the transparent transfer layer. The conductive layer coated on an upper surface of the transparent transfer layer. USE - Transparent conductor used for a nanostructure made of nano-structured surface irregularities or nanopillars in metal nanomaterials, such as metal mesh and metal nanowires, and carbon materials, such as carbon nanotube (CNT), graphene, etc. ADVANTAGE - The transparent conductor improves light transmittance by utilizing a nanostructure that is capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency by improving electron transport ability, and the conductor is increased by utilizing a nanostructure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for forming a nanostructure on the upper surface of the first substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the transparent conductor. Transparent conductor (100) Substrate (110) Nanostructure (120) Transparent conductive pattern (130)
