NOVELTY - Production of microfiber leather involves activating short microfiber in alkaline solution, neutralizing with acidic solution, extruding, dispersing silver nitrate in aqueous solution of graphene oxide to obtain mixed solution of silver nitrate-graphene oxide, opening short microfiber, immersing in mixed solution of silver nitrate-graphene oxide so that microfiber fiber sufficiently absorbs mixed solution of silver nitrate-graphene oxide, passing hydrogen sulfide gas into the short microfiber, reacting hydrogen sulfide with graphene oxide and silver nitrate to obtain silver sulfide-sulfur-graphene-composite short microfiber, opening microfiber, immersing in weak alkaline strong reducing agent solution, heating at 70-85 degrees C for 1-5 hours, washing, combing, arranging, pre-needling to form three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, wet-processing, impregnating onto polyurethane resin, dyeing and finishing. USE - Production of microfiber leather. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of microfiber leather with improved antistatic property and antibacterial property. The graphene is bonded to microfiber short fibers by chemical bond force, and is firmly and uniformly coated around the microfiber short fibers.
