NOVELTY - A modified silicon graphene thermal insulation material comprises 22-26 pts. wt. graphite polystyrene particles, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 8-13 pts. wt. silicon dioxide aerogel, 2-3 pts. wt. inorganic fiber, 5-7 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 5-10 pts. wt. zeolite powder composite microspheres, 101-105 pts. wt. cement, 1-3 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 4-6 pts. wt. hydroxymethyl cellulose, 15-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 3-6 pts. wt. phenyl silicone oil and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium stearate. USE - Modified silicon graphene material used in external wall thermal insulation materials. ADVANTAGE - The modified silicon graphene material has excellent flame retardant effect, excellent thermal insulation performance, and excellent service life, and improves the tensile property of the insulating materials. The water reducing agent reduces the mixing water consumption. The cement particles have dispersing effect, thus improving the working performance, reducing the unit water consumption and improving the fluidity of the mixture. The combination compatibility between aluminate cement and other components is better to further improve the comprehensive performance of the material. Through the introduction of basalt fiber, the material can be uniformly dispersed in the material, and improving the flame retardant property.
