NOVELTY - A polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) composite material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. PBT, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, 0.2-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-1 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.05-1 pt. wt. accelerator, 2-5 pts. wt. lime milk saturated solution, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. concentrated phosphoric acid. The modified graphene is a product of graphene oxide grafted with terephthalic acid. USE - The PBT composite material is useful for lamp. ADVANTAGE - The PBT composite material has high thermal conductivity and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PBT composite material, which involves: (1) carrying out modification on graphene oxide by using Hummer method to oxidize graphene to obtain graphene oxide, adding 80-120 ml ethylene glycol or deionized water dispersant to 2 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically oscillating for 1 hour to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide suspension, putting terephthalic acid, graphene oxide suspension, dispersant and concentrated sulfuric acid into a polymerization kettle, where the mass ratio of terephthalic acid, graphene oxide suspension, concentrated sulfuric acid and dispersant is 1:1:5:20, stirring at 50-60 degrees C and 300-350 rpm for 1 hour under atmospheric pressure, ultrasonically oscillating for 1.5 hours, stirring every 20 minutes during the period, carrying out suction filtration on the reaction mixture, washing with dispersant to obtain a reaction solid, putting the reacted suction-filtered solid back into the dispersant under ultrasonic oscillation, then filtering, and repeatedly vacuum drying for 3 times to obtain graphene oxide grafted terephthalic acid product; (2) separately vacuum drying PBT, acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, modified graphene and compatibilizer, accurately weighing dried PBT, acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, modified graphene, compatibilizer, antioxidant, lubricant, accelerator and concentrated phosphoric acid according to the above-mentioned weight ratio, then placing the weighed components in a high-speed mixer, adding the saturated solution of lime milk to the mixer and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; and (3) adding the above-configured mixture into a torque rheometer, melting and mixing at 250 degrees C, where the speed is 50 rpm, and the melting and mixing time is more than 10 minutes, forming PBT/acrylonitrile styrene acrylate/graphene oxide composite material after mixing by hot pressing with a flat vulcanizing machine, where the hot pressing temperature is 255 degrees C, the melting time is 5-7 minutes, the hot pressing time is 10 minutes, and the heat preserving time is 15 minutes, and then finally cutting to obtain dumbbell-shaped tensile specimens and long-bar impact specimens.
