▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene electrode involves preparing a reduced graphene oxide colloid solution, spraying the colloid solution through a spray nozzle onto a heated collector surface in the form of microdependent droplets, performing self-assembling along micro-droplet interface, and forming foam-type three dimensional graphene structure having micropores using resultant self-assembled reduced oxides. The colloid solution comprises an organic solvent. USE - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene electrode used for supercapacitor e.g. electrical double layer supercapacitor and hybrid supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of three-dimensional graphene electrode having excellent electroconductivity and mechanical property, and large specific surface area. The supercapacitor provided with the graphene electrode has high capacity, energy density and power density, and excellent cycle stability.
