▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A spintronic device comprises graphene sheet (202) having first and second surfaces, and greater than or equal to 2 electrode terminals (316, 320) electrically coupled to graphene sheet and spaced apart. An electrical property of graphene sheet is based on induced magnetic field effect. The graphene sheet is configured to conduct electric signal between electrode terminals and to affect electrical signal based on induced magnetic field effect, and has thickness of single monolayer of carbon. USE - A spintronic device, e.g. spintronic polarizer, spin flipper device or spin-polarized transistor, for (re-)writable microchips and processors. ADVANTAGE - The electrical and magnetic properties of devices are controlled by magnetization of magnetic material(s), thus tuning and optimizing graphene-based devices independently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method of using spintronic device having graphene magnet multilayer device; and (2) formation of spintronic device.
