NOVELTY - Photocatalytic treatment device of chlorinated aromatic organic contaminated soil comprises graphene-titania nano-tube photocatalytic composite plate (7), which comprises support panel and graphene-titania nano-tube layer supported on support panel. The thickness of graphene-titania nano-tube layer is 50-100 nanometer. The graphene and titania nano-tube are in mole ratio of 1:(10-40). The length of titanium dioxide nano-tube is 200-500 nanometer and diameter of is 2-5 nanometer. USE - Photocatalytic treatment device of chlorinated aromatic organic contaminated soil repairing eluent. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic treatment device of chlorinated aromatic organic contaminated soil repairing eluent is eco-friendly, not easy to fall off and conducive to rapid treatment of eluent, reduces total dosage of eluent, has high light absorption rate and remove pollutants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-titanium dioxide photochemical catalyst composite plate, which involves: (A) adding graphene oxide and titanium dioxide in mole ratio of 1:(10-40) to obtain suspension liquid; (B) adding suspension liquid to hydrothermal reaction to obtain graphene-titania nano-tube; (C) adding graphene-titania nano-tube to water and uniformly attached to surface of carrier panel; and (D) heating graphene-titania nano-tube carrier panel heated to obtain graphene-titania photochemical catalyst composite plate.
