NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene-based thermally conductive silica gel, involves immersing surface-modified organic porous polymer in graphene slurry, drying, sintering to obtain three-dimensional porous composite material, mixing three-dimensional porous composite material with silica gel, and curing. The graphene slurry comprises graphene, ceramic materials and ethanol aqueous solution. The ceramic material is silicon carbide or boron nitride. USE - Preparation of graphene-based thermally conductive silica gel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based thermally conductive silica gel with high thermal conductivity.
