▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a groove-type micro channel (145) formed in a lower part of a substrate (110). A pair of electrodes (120) is separately placed on the substrate. A sealing part (140) covers an upper portion of the substrate. The electrodes measure concentration of a mercury ion in checking object fluid that is circulated in through the micro channel. A gold wire (135) is arranged in a middle part of a graphene part (130) that is extended to first direction. The gold wire is extended to second direction. The sealing part is made of poly-dimethylsiloxane material. USE - Probe mercury sensor for measuring water quality in an industrial site. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure and convenient to use, and has small in size. The sensor measures low concentration of mercury through a simple process so as to improve measurement accuracy and economical efficiency of the sensor, so that application range of the sensor can be improved. The sensor performs minute mercury detection of water quality. The sensor is easy to operate in a water quality field without limit. The sensor has prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a probe mercury sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a front view and a top perspective view of a probe mercury sensor.
