NOVELTY - Graphene is dispersed in acetonitrile. 4-Nitrobenzene diazonium tetrafluoroborate, and tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate as supporting electrolyte are added, centrifuged, and washed with ethanol to remove excess dizaonium salt and electrolyte. The obtained product is reduced using zinc powder, acetic acid and ammonium chloride. The obtained product is centrifuged and excess zinc powder is removed, vacuum dried, dispersed in sulfuric acid, and aniline and ammonium persulfate having molar ratio of 4:1 in ice bath, centrifuged, and vacuum-dried at 60 degrees C for 8 hours. USE - Manufacture of graphene-based three-dimensional polyaniline array (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene-based three-dimensional polyaniline array nanocomposite has excellent thermal stability and electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 12-24 mg Graphene is dispersed in 10-20 ml acetonitrile. 24-48 mg 4-Nitrobenzene diazonium tetrafluoroborate, and 300-600 mg tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate as supporting electrolyte are added and allowed to stand for 5-10 hours, centrifuged, and washed with ethanol to remove excess dizaonium salt and electrolyte. The obtained product is reduced using zinc powder and acetic acid at volume ratio of 3:2 and ammonium chloride at molar ratio of nitro compound to acetic acid is 1/8 and nitro compound to ammonium chloride is 1/0.12 at 80 degrees C for 3 hours. The obtained product is centrifuged and excess zinc powder is removed using hydrochloric acid, and vacuum dried at 60 degrees C for 4 hours. The 3-6 mg obtained product is dispersed in 1 M sulfuric acid, and aniline and ammonium persulfate having molar ratio of 4:1 in ice bath for 6 hours, centrifuged, and vacuum-dried at 60 degrees C for 8 hours.
