NOVELTY - Graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/sulfur-containing ionic liquid composite aerogel having three-dimensional porous mesh structure comprises three-dimensional graphene framework loaded with black phosphorus quantum dot and sulfur-containing ionic liquid, where the black phosphorus quantum dot is wrapped with sulfur-containing ionic liquid. USE - Graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/sulfur-containing ionic liquid composite aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/sulfur-containing ionic liquid composite aerogel has high elasticity, high recovery, high conductivity, and excellent stability, and expands the application range of black phosphorus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/sulfur-containing ionic liquid composite aerogel comprising mixing graphene oxide aqueous solution, black phosphorus quantum dot-containing solution, sulfur-containing ionic liquid and reducing agent by stirring uniformly, obtaining mixed solution, water bath heating at 75-100 degrees C under anaerobic condition, reacting for 1-3 hours, obtaining black phosphorus quantum dot-containing composite wet gel, purifying with hydrophilic organic solvent and water and freeze drying to obtain the product.
