NOVELTY - Antistatic silica gel protective film comprises a composite film (3) arranged on an antistatic substrate (1), and an antistatic silica gel layer (2) arranged between the antistatic substrate and the composite film. The antistatic silica gel layer includes 60-100 pts. wt. high and low stripping silica gel, 0.05-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 0.05-3 pts. wt. conductive auxiliary agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. dispersing auxiliary agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. anchoring agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. catalyst and 50-200 pts. wt. solvent. The catalyst is a platinum catalyst complexed with allyl groups. USE - The antistatic silica gel protective film is useful for manufacturing and shipping protection process of electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic silica gel protective film: reduces carbon tube dosage, reaches the optical appearance requirements and reduces the resistance; avoids the influence of the antistatic agent on the curing; and has good antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic silica gel protective film, comprising (i) adding high and low stripping silica gel, conductive auxiliary agent, dispersing auxiliary agent and part of solvent to a stirring equipment, and stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes, (ii) adding the remaining solvent, antistatic agent, crosslinking agent, anchoring agent and catalyst to the above mixture and stirring at 500-600 revolutions/minute for 15-30 minutes to obtain the antistatic silica gel liquid, (iii) filtering the antistatic silica gel liquid, coating it on the antistatic surface of the antistatic substrate, and covering with a composite film after drying.
