▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ion reinforced graphene fiber is claimed. The ion reinforced graphene fiber is prepared by (i) mixing graphite and sulfuric acid, stirring, cooling, diluting by deionized water, filtering, naturally drying, and obtaining an intercalated graphite; (ii) mixing intercalated graphite, sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, stirring, filtering, and drying to obtain graphene oxide; (iii) dissolving graphene oxide with solvent, ultrasonically treating, and obtaining graphene oxide spinning liquid sol; (iv) drying liquid sol, and drying; and (v) reducing the product by reducing agent, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing ion reinforced graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple spinning procedures, can be operated at room temperature, and does not utilize strong-corrosive reagents. The fiber is environmental-friendly; has good mechanical performance, and good flexibility; and can be knitted to graphene fiber cloth, and mixed and knitted with other fibers to produce varieties of clothes with various applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ion reinforced graphene fiber is claimed. The ion reinforced graphene fiber is prepared by (i) mixing (in parts by wt.) graphite (1), sulfuric acid (1-100), potassium peroxydisulfate (0.5-5), and phosphorus pentoxide (0.5-5), carrying out stirring reaction for 1-10 hours at 25-100 degrees C, cooling the mixture to room temperature, diluting by using deionized water, filtering by using a filter film, washing by using deionized water until the mixture is neutralized, naturally drying for 10-50 hours, and obtaining an intercalated graphite; (ii) mixing (in parts by wt.) intercalated graphite (1), sulfuric acid (1-100), and potassium permanganate (0.5-10), stirring for 0.1-10 hours at -10-50 degrees C, stirring (in parts by wt.) deionized water (10-2000) and hydrogen peroxide (0.1-10) for 0.1-10 hours, filtering through a filter film, repeatedly washing to neutral with deionized water, and naturally drying to obtain graphene oxide; (iii) dissolving (in parts by wt.) graphene oxide product (1) with a solvent (5-100), ultrasonically treating for 0.1-10 hours under 0-50 KHz, and obtaining graphene oxide spinning liquid sol; (iv) passing the graphene oxide spinning liquid sol by a spinning capillary whose diameter is 5-500 mu m at an extrusion speed of 1-100 ml/hour, and storing the obtained product in a coordinated ion solidification liquid at 5-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds to solidify to threads, washing, drying, and obtaining the product; and (v) reducing the product by a reducing agent for 0.1-100 hours, washing, drying, and obtaining high-strength product.
