NOVELTY - Graphene sensitized color masterbatch comprises 3 to 8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. sensitized toner, 2 to 5 pts. wt. thickener, 0.2 to 0.8 pts. wt. acrylamide, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 1-2 pts. wt. paraffin, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. accelerator, and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Graphene sensitized color masterbatch for polylactic acid fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene sensitized color masterbatch has strong stability and temperature change color function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-sensitized color-changing masterbatch, which involves: (A) adding the graphene oxide to the water to form a suspension; (B) adding acrylamide to the suspension, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and then adding 40-60 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, stirring for 5-10 minutes; (C) adding dibutyl phthalate, heating to 40-50 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding accelerator, and then heating up and holding for 5-10 minutes to obtain a mixture; (D) evaporating mixture to dryness to obtain a dry material; and (E) mixing and extruding dry material, the temperature-sensitive toner, the thickener, the polyvinyl chloride paraffin and the plasticizer to obtain the graphene sensitized color masterbatch.
