▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low percolation electrothermal-superhydrophobic thin film comprises (i) sequentially dispersing soluble resin, insoluble resin, conductive fillers in the solvent of the casting liquid according to the mass ratio of 5:5:1, dispersing components by magnetically stirring at 60°C to obtain casting liquid, (ii) using film casting device or a scraper for uniformly coating the casting liquid on the surface of the glass sheet to obtain low percolation electrothermal wet film, and (iii) configuring a spray solution containing superhydrophobic particles and a dispersing solvent, and uniformly spraying the spray liquid on the surface of the low percolation electrothermal wet film, drying at 60°C for 2 hours to obtain low percolation electrothermal-superhydrophobic film. USE - The film is used in airplane anti-deicing technology, mechanical de-icing technology and hot air deicing technology. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces filling amount of the conductive filler; increases electric heating efficiency; reduces preparing cost; is simple; can be used for a large area preparing electrothermally-super hydrophobically film; has obvious increasing-deicing efficiency; is more convenient; and ensures the film electric-heating performance.
