NOVELTY - A three dimensional pharmaceutical composite support manufacturing method involves taking ileocecal resection mouse cortex into circular acellular dermal matrix bracket, grafting graphene oxide onto carboxylated graphene oxide and grafting polyethylene glycol onto carboxylated graphene oxide to prepare polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide. The quercetin is adsorbed onto the polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide. The prepared polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide-quercetin complex is cross-linked to the surface of acellular dermal matrix scaffold to obtain finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three dimensional pharmaceutical composite support manufacturing method involves taking ileocecal resection mouse cortex into circular acellular dermal matrix bracket with certain diameter, grafting graphene oxide onto carboxylated graphene oxide under alkaline conditions using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide catalyst and grafting polyethylene glycol onto carboxylated graphene oxide to prepare polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide. The quercetin is adsorbed onto the polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide by magnetic stirring. The prepared polyethylene glycol modified graphene oxide-quercetin complex is cross-linked to the surface of acellular dermal matrix scaffold to obtain finished product.
