NOVELTY - Graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive, prepared by using curing agent powder mixture and liquid phosphate adhesive, where the curing agent powder mixture comprises metal hydroxide main material, metal oxide auxiliary material and graphene slurry, and the mass ratio of the curing agent powder mixture and the liquid phosphate adhesive is 1: 1 -3, is claimed. USE - The graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive is useful as composite adhesive for high temperature sensor (claimed), and packaging of high temperature thermocouple temperature resistant element and bonding metal material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive: has high bonding strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for : (1) preparing graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive comprising (a) mixing the metal hydroxide main material, metal oxide auxiliary material and graphene slurry by ball milling, where the ball milling speed is 50-500 rotations/minute, the ball milling time is 2-10 hours, (b) vacuum drying the ball milling product, keeping for 2-5 hours at 80-100 degrees C, (c) calcining the dried product at high temperature in inert atmosphere or vacuum environment, the calcining temperature is 400-900 degrees C, the calcining time is 1-10 hours to obtain the curing agent powder mixture, and (d) uniformly mixing the curing agent powder mixture with the liquid phosphate adhesive to obtain the product; and (2) use method of graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive comprising (a) cleaning the surface to be bonded, uniformly coating the graphene modified phosphate composite adhesive on the surface to be bonded, the thickness is 0.5-1 mm, (b) fixing the adhesive surface, solidifying at constant temperature, the curing temperature is 70-130 degrees C, and the time is 5-20 hours.
