NOVELTY - Silicon rubber wave-absorbing compound material comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 1-6 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 200-400 pts. wt. wave-absorbing filler, 1-10 pts. wt. Reinforcing filler, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. platinum catalyst, and 0.01-0.10 pts. wt. Inhibitor. The wave-absorbing filler is prepared by mixing the carbonyl iron powder and the carbon material and performing plasma ball milling. USE - The material is useful for electronic appliance, communication, power battery, and military industry. ADVANTAGE - The material has low minimum reflection loss, large absorption frequency width, low density, and simple preparation method and low cost, and obtains product with small thickness, and suitable for large-scale application.
