NOVELTY - An acorn starch blend modified polysaccharide graft pineapple fiber packaging film comprises 135-140 pts. wt. pineapple leaf fiber, 6.5-7 pts. wt. complex cellulase, 3.2-3.5 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide particles, 4.5-5 pts. wt. citric acid, 21-22 pts. wt. acorn starch, 34-35 pts. wt. pullulan polysaccharide, 4-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide phospholipid bilayer, 34-35 pts. wt. corn starch, 4-5 pts. wt. hydrogenated rosin, 5-6 pts. wt. water soluble dextran, 3-4 pts. wt. butyrate, 2.5-3 pts. wt. iron stearate, water and deionized water. USE - Acorn starch blend modified polysaccharide graft pineapple fiber packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The film is degradable, and has good folding property, barrier property and stretching and no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of acorn starch blend modified polysaccharide graft pineapple fiber packaging film comprising: (A) adding dried pineapple leaf fiber into universal crusher, crushing for 30 minutes to cotton-shaped, mixing and stirring citric acid and water to slurry, heating at 60 degrees C, continuously adding complex cellulase, enzymolyzing for 40 minutes, mixing and stirring at 100 degrees C for 4 minutes, vacuum filtering, washing using water, purifying pineapple leaf fiber, adding purified nano magnesium oxide particles and deionized water for 10 times, processing into high pressure homogenizing machine for 30 minutes at 700 bar, ultrasonically treating for 50 minutes at 1400 W power to obtain uniformly mixed solution, and intermittent steam blasting for 5 times for 10 minutes each to obtain pineapple leaf nanocellulose solution; (B) mixing acorn starch, graphene oxide phospholipid bilayer and deionized water, heating and stirring at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide grafted modified acorn starch, mixing with pullulan polysaccharide and deionized water, heating to 80 degrees C, and stirring and reacting for 20 minutes to obtain acorn starch blend modified polysaccharide; (C) mixing with (A), corn starch, hydrogenated rosin, water-soluble dextran, butyrate, iron stearate and deionized water, heating and stirring to 100 degrees C for 20 minutes, putting into emulsifying machine, ultrasonic auxiliary emulsifying shearing for 40 minutes at power of 1000 W and emulsifying and cutting speed of 15000 revolutions/minute (rpm), and microwave processing for 4 minutes at 350 W to obtain homogeneous film solution; and (D) pouring into mold, performing deaeration treatment by ultrasonic treatment for 16-18 minutes, and drying at 50-55 degrees C for 3-4 hours at humidity of 55-60%.
