▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing microsphere foamed nylon material comprises (1) heating caprolactam monomer to 110-140℃ in reaction vessel for melting, performing vacuum dehydration, adding initiator and microsphere foaming agent, vacuumizing, stirring and dehydrating, (2) adding catalyst to reaction vessel, stirring to obtain a reaction solution, and casting or pumping reaction solution into a mold at 140-160℃, thermally insulating, carrying out demolding to obtain monomer-cast nylon, mixing with microsphere foaming agent, (3) mixing monomer-cast nylon with microsphere foaming agent, crushing and granulating to obtain nylon microsphere foamed masterbatch, (4) mixing nylon microsphere foaming masterbatch with nylon and auxiliary in a high-speed mixer, and adding to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion, blending and granulating to obtain blended pellets, and (5) adding blended pellets into an injection molding machine for injection molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing microsphere foamed nylon material, which is useful for manufacturing automobile, electronic appliance, electric tool as key structure parts, and household applications. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves problem that expandable microsphere foaming temperature agent is not matched with temperature range of nylon material processing and problem of uneven dispersion of micro spheres foaming agent manufacturing masterbatch pre-dispersedly.
