NOVELTY - Preparing a sizing agent emulsion involves dispersing a graphene oxide powder in a hydrophilic polyether resin, adding a high reactive epoxy resin, and grafting the carboxyl group in the structure of the epoxy resin and the graphene oxide structure at a certain temperature. The reaction to prepare a hydrophilic polyether resin mixed with epoxy grafted graphene. The hydrophilic polyether resin is mixed with the epoxy-modified graphene, the epoxy resin, and the hydrophilic polyether is grafted with the epoxy resin to prepare a hydrophilic modified epoxy doped with graphene. The deionized water is added to the graphene-doped hydrophilic modified epoxy resin, and stirring to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing sizing agent emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sizing agent emulsion, which solves problem that the bonding force of the fiber and matrix resin, and achieves enhanced performance of carbon fiber mechanical performance of the composite material.
