▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improved water soluble film incorporated with graphene, comprises water soluble films batch, where the water soluble films batch is prepared by mixing water soluble resins, plasticizers, fillers and expecients (sic) and mixing 90-99.9% water soluble films batch with 0.1-1% graphene nanoparticles solution together to form an improved water soluble film that can achieve excellent mechanical properties and better water solubility. USE - The water soluble film is useful for making packaging film to package highly acidic or alkaline materials, laser film, films for air line window, thermal conductive products, anti freeze products or electromagnetic properties based end user thermo formable products. ADVANTAGE - The water soluble film: utilizes the graphene nanoparticles and provides the improved water soluble film that exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties (higher tensile strength) and better water solubility as compared to already available water soluble film or non-water soluble film; exhibits improved properties e.g. tensile strength of 28.1-33.2 N/m2, an elongation of 227.6-243.7%, a modulus of 12.1-12.5 megapascal (MPa); and maintains the transparency for long periods of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing improved water soluble film incorporated with graphene, comprising preparing water soluble film batch by mixing 60-85% water soluble resins, 5-20% plasticizers, 1-2% fillers and 0.5-1% expecients (sic), adjusting the water soluble films batch obtained, at a concentration of 90-99.9%, preparing graphene nano particles solution by dissolving 0.1-1% graphene nanoparticle concentration, by weight basis in 20 g water, adding 0.1-1% graphene nanoparticles solution to 90-99.9% water soluble film batch, mixing the solution at low speed at room temperature, sonicating the solution obtained for 15 minutes, so that the graphene nanoparticles forms a homogeneous mixture with the water soluble film batch, so as to obtain an homogeneous mixture of water soluble graphene, and casting the homogeneous mixture of water soluble graphene using various films forming method to form an improved water soluble film.
