NOVELTY - Preparation of modified flame-retardant composite involves modifying fly ash floating beads using coupling agent, supporting graphene on modified fly ash floating beads and grafting flame retardant synergist comprising 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide. USE - Preparation of modified flame-retardant composite for processing and synthesizing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified flame-retardant composite and effectively improves antistatic ability and mechanical properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers using graphene. The added flame retardant synergist effectively accelerates the generation of inert gas and has excellent flame retardance. The surface modified fly ash floating beads effectively improves its dispersibility in thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, and improves the compatibility of fillers with crystal interfaces such as elastomers. The mechanical properties, flame retardance and other properties of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer are effectively improved using composite, which provides an improved method for use of fly ash and reduces environmental pollution.
