NOVELTY - Invention relates to nanotechnology and can be used in making supercondensers, fuel cells, electrodes of lithium-ion batteries, biofuel cells, light-emitting diodes, electro- and photo chromium devices, photocatalysts and hydrogen storage devices. Metal-containing sol is prepared by interaction of 0.05M solution of aluminum, cerium or zirconium nitrate with acetylacetone and N,N-dimethyl-octylamine. Oxygen-free graphene in an N,N-dimethyloctylamine-water emulsion is obtained separately from synthetic graphite in an acidified medium using a sonochemical method. When a freshly prepared metal-containing sol stabilized with N,N-dimethyl-octylamine is combined with a suspension of the oxygen-free graphene stabilized also by the N,N-dimethyl-octylamine-containing emulsion, there is interaction of graphene sheets and particles of metal-containing sol fixed on interface of oil-water phases. Mixed colloid is mixed on a magnetic mixer during heating and evaporated while stirring until formation of gel. Obtained gel is thermally treated in air. Nanostructured composite powders based on oxygen-free graphene and Al, Ce or Zr oxides related to Van der Waals systems are obtained. USE - Nanotechnologies. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides uniform distribution of sheets of oxygen-free graphene in volume of nanocrystals of oxides Al, Ce or Zr. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 11 dwg, 2 ex
