▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene lubricating oil comprises 0.001-2 pts. wt. silicate/graphene composite, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-2 pts. wt. modifier, and 100 pts. wt. base oil. The graphene in the silicate/graphene composite is a pleated graphene sphere. The dispersing agent is oleic acid, stearic acid, Span 60 (RTM: sorbitan monostearate), Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate) and/or fatty acid amine salts. The modifier is oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, stearic acid, dodecanedioic acid, cetyltrimethoxysilane, and/or octadecylamine. USE - Used as modified graphene lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil: reduces the agglomeration of graphene; reduces the microscopic size of the graphene and adhere to the surface of the graphene; utilizes nanoparticles that can also play the role of rolling friction; and improves the anti-friction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified graphene lubricating oil with excellent antifriction performance, comprising (i) adding pleated graphene oxide spheres and silicates to distilled water in different mass ratios, magnetically stirring to make it evenly mixed, then performing ultrasonic stripping compounding for a period of time at a certain temperature, and freeze-drying to obtain silicates/graphene oxide composite, (ii) sequentially adding the silicate/graphene oxide composite and the modifier to the solvent, and performing condensation and refluxing 80-100 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain a modified silicate/graphene composite, and (iii) adding the modified silicate/graphene composite, dispersant and antioxidant to the base oil in a stepwise manner, magnetically stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a modified graphene lubricating oil having excellent anti-friction properties, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide sphere and the silicate in the step (i) is 10:1-1:1, the magnetic stirring is carried out at 30-60 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and the ultrasonic dispersion is carried out for 3-8 hours with an ultrasonic power of 50 W to 10 kW.
