▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Steel wire rope lubricating grease comprises 10-30 wt.% cerate, 20-30 wt.% tackifier, 10-20 wt.% synthetic wax, 24.5-33.5 wt.% first base oil, 0.98-4.9 wt.% second base oil, 5-15 wt.% composite aluminum base grease, 0.5-1.5 wt.% tung oil and 0.02-0.1 wt.% graphene. USE - The steel wire rope lubricating grease is useful for mine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The grease: has specific consistency; improves dropping point, high-temperature oxidation stability, water repellency and extrusion resistance, grinding and other protective properties; and solves problems of high temperature flow, low temperature cracking, corrosion and rust of current products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing steel wire rope lubricating grease, comprising (i) mixing 0.02-0.1% graphene and dispersing agent for 2-3 hours, adding 0.98-4.9% second base oil, grinding in a ball mill at 600 rmp/min for 2-3 hours to obtain a solution with good dispersion effect, heating to dispersant to volatilize at 200 degrees C to obtain 2% graphene oil solution and storing; (ii) taking 10-20% synthetic wax and 12-20% first base oil at mass ratio of 1:1-1.5, stirring at 120-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours and allowing to stand; (iii) adding 20-30 wt.% tackifier and 4.5-6 wt.% first base oil into the reactor, heating to 80-90 degrees C and stirred for 0.5-1 hours; (iv) adding pre-formed synthetic wax paste and 10-30% wax paste, heating to 100-120 degrees C, stirring for 1 h, adding 5-15% composite aluminum base grease and 5-8% first base oil, heating and stirring for 30 minutes; and (v) cooling material to 80-90 degrees C, adding pre-mixed friction agent and 0.5-1.5% tung oil, stirring for 10-20 minutes, cooling and loading sample.
